Who we are

Chockyard is a small consulting practice run by Dan. We help owner-run businesses find where AI and faster follow-up fit. In this policy, "we" means Chockyard and "you" means the person who sends us information.

What we collect

We collect only what you give us in a form, on this site or in a Facebook or Instagram lead form:

Your name, email address and phone number
Your business name and website address
Your answers to form questions, such as team size, trade, how many inquiries you get, and what you want to fix
Where you found us (for example, an ad or TikTok)

If you ask for a Lead Response Test, we also send one inquiry to your business through the website form you name. We record the time, channel and text of each reply your business sends to that inquiry for 48 hours. We use this only to write your report.

This site uses no analytics, no tracking pixels and no advertising cookies.

How we use it

To run the test or assessment you asked for and send you the result
To reply to you and, if you want, book a call
To follow up about the service you asked about. Every email lets you say "stop", and we stop.

We do not add you to a newsletter, and we do not use your information to train AI models.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the services we need to run the work:

Meta (Facebook and Instagram), if you used a lead form there. Meta's own privacy policy also applies.
Netlify, which hosts this site and stores form submissions
Our email and calendar providers, to send your report and book calls

We may disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for up to 12 months after our last contact, then delete it. Test records and reports follow the same rule. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Your choices

Email dan@chockyard.com to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. We reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example, California or the EU), you may have more rights under local law. We honor those requests in the same way.

Fonts

This site loads its typeface from Google Fonts. Your browser sends your IP address to Google to get the font. Google's privacy policy applies to that request.

Children

Our services are for business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
